After couple calls and couple conversations I couldn't get anywhere with it. So at least I was supposed to get a partial refund. But guess what, a month later I was still waiting for the refund, at least partial. After contacting them again, they told me I refused the partial refund... Which doesn't make any sense... I will continue fighting with them, I will also call my bank to make sure they support me on this matter.
